Morning Classes 10.30 to 12.20, Tue 20th Jan. 2009
Evening Classes 7.30 p.m. to 9.20p.m. Tue 20th Jan. 2009
Venue: Pilates Haven, Old Blackrock Road, Cork
This course is suitable for both beginners and people experienced in meditation.
The classes will include:
Learning to meditate
Meditation to help improve your focus
Guided meditations
Relaxation methods through meditation
Meditation on increasing positivity and abundance in your life
Meditation to become one with the self
Meeting and working with your angels and spirit guides.
Meditation with colour to increase wellness
